How to view your order history

To retain your old data, such as your order history, you need to create a new account on our new website using the same email address as used for your account on our old website. Afterward, your order history, will be automatically linked. If you feel like you are missing data please make sure to contact us.

What do you need to do?

  1. Create a new account.
  2. Fill in your details and use the same email address with which you originally created your account at The Shoe Care Shop.
  3. Log in to view your order history and details.
